Trains extensively in Dialectial Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in order to treat Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Autism, Family and Relationship challenges, Burn out, Life Transitions, Career, and School challenges.
